What an auto component maker needs from an ERP
Supplying a vehicle maker or a Tier-1 is different from selling off the shelf. The customer expects you to say, for any part, which material it was made from. Schedules change weekly. A rejected batch has to be contained the same day. And every invoice must carry the right HSN code and the right GST.
ARUKZ ERP was shaped around that kind of shop: 10 to 200 people, machining, pressing, forging, casting or moulding, with some operations sent out for job work.

Traceability your customer will ask for
Pick any lot of raw material and see, on one screen, what was received, which orders used it, what was delivered and what is left. When a customer raises a complaint, you can tell them the same day which other dispatches used that material. See lot and batch traceability.
Know why the schedule slipped
Set the month's planned quantity for a part. ARUKZ ERP compares it with what was made and splits the gap into orders still in production, quantity never scheduled, material not received, quality rejections and machine hours lost. See production: BOM and work orders.
GST without retyping
Enter the HSN code once on the part. Invoices pick CGST and SGST for customers in your state and IGST for those outside, and you can download the e-invoice JSON file for the IRP portal. See GST invoicing and the HSN codes auto parts makers use most.
Try it with an auto parts example
Every trial can load a small sample factory: EN8 steel bar bought and received as a lot, a brake caliper bracket with its BOM, two manufacturing orders, a rejection, a delivery and a GST invoice. It is a quick way to see whether the screens match how you work before you enter your own data.
What it does not do
ARUKZ ERP does not yet read customer schedules by EDI, print PPAP documents, or generate e-way bills. If those are essential on day one, ask us where they stand before you start.
