The price on the website is only part of it. Total cost includes the subscription or licence, setting up and loading data, training, customisation, and the time your own staff spend.

What the law expects
- GST on the subscription
- Software and cloud services carry 18% GST; with a valid tax invoice the business can claim it as input tax credit.
- TDS on the payment
- Income-tax Act, 2025: TDS may apply on fees for software and technical services. Check with your CA.
