- Tax invoice or bill of supply for every sale; CGST and SGST inside the state.
- MRP
- Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules: packaged goods carry the MRP and other declarations, and cannot be sold above the MRP.
- Customer data
- Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023: phone numbers and purchase history are personal data. The main duties start in May 2027.
- E-way bill
- GST Rule 138: stock moved between stores with a value above ₹50,000 needs an e-way bill.
